MIND: Using breath to invite the mind in as a witness to the 'workout' is critical in healing the critic and perfectionist in Mindful Fitness. Here we tune in rather than 'tune out.'

2.

BODY: Through a series of Chakra and Prana aligned Movement  sequences, we work with the body to consistently play with using new ways of working and balancing.

3.

SPIRIT/ EMOTION: If we have truly tuned the mind and body to work together in harmony we will nonetheless have a Spiritual response, an emotional  breakthrough, a download.
